Returns & Exchanges
As a standard policy, Vara Bags does not offer returns or exchanges on products once purchased.
However, exceptions may be considered in the following cases:
- You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- There is a significant issue with the item received that differs from what was ordered.
How to Report an Issue
If you experience any of the above issues:
- Email us at marketing.varaindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos showing the damaged or defective area
Important Notes
- Please wait for confirmation from our team before sending any item back.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

The product must be:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- In the original packaging
Once we receive and inspect the product, our team will review the request and notify you of the decision within 2–3 business days.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
- In case of cancellation requests after order confirmation, the full payment amount will be forfeited as a cancellation charge.
- Vara Bags does not offer refunds on cancelled orders.
