At Vara Bags, we strive to ensure you have a wonderful shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

As a standard policy, Vara Bags does not offer returns or exchanges on products once purchased.

However, exceptions may be considered in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • There is a significant issue with the item received that differs from what was ordered.

How to Report an Issue

If you experience any of the above issues:

  • Email us at marketing.varaindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Photos showing the damaged or defective area

Important Notes

  • Please wait for confirmation from our team before sending any item back.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused
    • In its original condition
    • In the original packaging

Once we receive and inspect the product, our team will review the request and notify you of the decision within 2–3 business days.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • In case of cancellation requests after order confirmation, the full payment amount will be forfeited as a cancellation charge.
  • Vara Bags does not offer refunds on cancelled orders.
